Late Shri Rajabhau Deshmukh
Co-founder of Maa Vaishnavi Developers, Late Shri Rajabhau Deshmukh laid the foundation of the company in 1999 in Wardha. Without a background in construction, his vision led to the city’s first residential-cum-commercial project. His goal was to offer budget-friendly housing while creating employment opportunities for the local community—a legacy that continues to guide the company.
Mr. Pradip Rithe
As Co-founder of Maa Vaishnavi Developers, Mr. Pradip Rithe partnered with Late Rajabhau Deshmukh to launch Wardha’s first integrated housing project. His contributions were driven by a shared vision of providing affordable homes and empowering the local workforce. His commitment to ethical development and community upliftment remains a cornerstone of MVD’s philosophy.
Mr. Niklesh Deshmukh
Managing Director
Mr. Niklesh Deshmukh joined MVD in 2020 as Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from NICMAR. Currently pursuing a PhD, he is responsible for strategic planning and has played a pivotal role in scaling the business through innovation and dynamic leadership, especially in the real estate division.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Sunil Rithe ensures the efficient execution of MVD’s projects.
